Choosing a 3Delta System Service
3DSI offers a suite of payment solutions designed to fit a variety of business requirements. If you are unsure which 3DSI service would best meet your needs, please complete the attached Merchant Information Profile. Please scan and email it to PaymentWorkSuite@3DSI.com or fax it to 877.408.7968, and someone will contact you to review the 3DSI services most appropriate for your business needs.
Account Set-up Paperwork
Step 1 - Select Your Processor
To begin, you will need to have a merchant account on one of the processing platforms where 3DSI is certified. 3DSI currently processes enhanced data (
- American Express CAPN Direct
- Elavon
- First Data Merchant Services – North
- First Data Merchant Services – South
- Global Payments – East
- TSYS Acquiring Solutions
- Vantiv
- WorldPay
Step 2 - Complete Your Paperwork
Once you have determined your processing platform, please contact us and we will provide you with 3DSI's account set-up form on which you will provide your merchant information. Some processors have reseller agreements with 3DSI, and we will let you know if you can purchase 3DSI services directly from them. If you need help determining which processing platform your merchant account is on or would like assistance with the set-up process, please contact PaymentWorkSuite@3DSI.com or 703.234.6030.
Along with the set-up form, you will need to provide the attached Direct Board Fee Payment Agreement. Email the completed agreement to PaymentWorkSuite@3DSI.com or fax it to 877.408.7968. Please note that a voided check or bank letter is required for verification of bank ACH data.
Step 3 - Account Activation
Your account will be set-up within three business days after all of the necessary paperwork has been received and verified.
Activation Notices
A series of three emails will be sent directly to the merchant contact listed on the set-up form within the same business day as the account activation is completed. The emails will provide you with the following:
- Initial access credentials
- A list of
Level-3 data fields - Notification of optional training opportunities
