Overview

EC-Batch – A File Export Interface

EC-Batch is designed for companies who want to send credit card authorizations and settlement transactions via batch files. EC-Batch allows multiple transactions to be bundled and encrypted in a file and processed by 3Delta Systems using secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP with file level encryption). Transaction confirmation files are promptly provided for the client’s system.

EC-Batch is designed for merchants who do not require real-time authorization. EC-Batch is often used for invoicing in high volume order entry situations, for making recurring payments or for processing payment transactions.

Lower Interchange Rates

Many merchants can qualify for a lower Interchange Rate by processing more in-depth Level-3 data (or line-item detail) with each transaction. Level-3 line-item detail is provided electronically by the merchant and contains the same type of information found on an itemized invoice and would typically contain specific purchase information such as Item Description, Quantity, Unit of Measure, etc
