Allen O. Cage, Jr., Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Cage is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of 3Delta Systems. A former Army aviator, he served for 24 years in top level management and acquisition positions, including the Army Space Program. As part of his experience in program management -- contracting, acquisitions, logistics and systems development -- he worked with the Federal Purchase Card program since its inception in 1988.
Aaron Bills, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bills is Chief Operating Officer and founder of 3Delta Systems. He is responsible for all of the strategic and daily operations of the company and is responsible for marketing and product management strategy, platform operations and delivery, business development and company growth. Prior to founding 3DSI, he served as Director of Purchasing and Supplier Quality at a semiconductor manufacturing division of DaimlerBenz Group. Mr. Bills held other procurement and card industry management positions with technology and financial services companies including GE Capital Financial, Nortel Networks (SynOptics), Lucent (Octel Communications) and Applied Materials. Mr. Bills has worked with Procurement Cards since 1990.
John Zampino, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zampino is Chief Financial Officer and brings over 30 years of experience in financial management and control to 3Delta Systems. He is responsible for 3DSI’s accounting, strategic planning, treasury, tax and audit. A Certified Public Accountant with audit and financial skills in both large and small business, his employment history includes Ernst & Young, Time Warner, Citibank, along with small and development stage businesses.
Gary Beck, Senior Vice President
Mr. Beck is Senior Vice President of 3Delta Systems where he is responsible for overall sales development and customer growth. Prior to joining 3DSI, Mr. Beck spent 11 years at Visa Inc. where he held several senior level positions including, Head of business-to-business Acceptance, Vice President of Merchant Relations and Vice President of New and Emerging Markets. In his last role as Head of business-to-business Acceptance, he managed all strategic business-to-business sales activities and key account relations in the U.S. Before this, he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales Initiatives at Paymentech. Mr. Beck also held successively responsible positions in sales and business development at GE Capital, Rocky Mountain Bankcard System and American Express.
Chris Browning, Vice President of Software Engineering
Mr. Browning is Vice President of Software Engineering and is responsible for leading the product architecture and implementation of 3DSI’s expanding service suite. Mr. Browning has over thirteen years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining 3DSI, he led software engineering efforts for Sears, Schlumberger, MCI and American Express.
Pete Hamel, Vice President of Platform Delivery
Mr. Hamel is Vice President of Platform Delivery primarily responsible for 3DSI's platform design and implementation with additional responsibilities for operations, compliance, system design, system maintainability and supportability. With more than 20 years of experience in the electronic payments industry, Mr. Hamel has held senior level operations, corporate security and compliance, product strategy and development positions over the past 15 years. Prior to joining 3DSI, he held executive positions with PE Systems LLC, ExaDigm, Inc., NBS Technologies, Concord EFSnet (First Data Corporation), eBill and Global Payments.
Howard Ives, Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Ives is Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He is responsible for sales to 3DSI’s channel partner and merchant acquiring services for enterprise-level customers as well as devising new business tools for merchants who rely on 3DSI’s highly secure, web-based system to process commercial credit card payments. Mr. Ives has more than 20 years of experience in bankcard sales in the business-to-business, e-commerce and mail/telephone-order arenas. Before joining 3DSI, he directed national sales for First Data’s Business Payment Services, where he led supplier enrollment programs with commercial card issuers such as Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, SunTrust and GE Corporate Payments.
Dan Miner, General Manager of Treasury Services
Mr. Miner is General Manager of Treasury Services with nearly thirty years of payments industry experience. In his broad business development role, Mr. Miner is responsible for strengthening 3DSI’s business-to-business payments processing platform, broadening its product line for payment receivables and disbursements as well as enhancing the company’s business processes and organizational controls. Prior to this, Mr. Miner was a principal at Treasury Strategies, Inc., a leading treasury management consultancy with a “Who’s Who” of clients. Before this, he held payments and treasury services positions with the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), Paymentech, Chicago’s Northern Trust Company and Deak International.
Rick Ricker, Vice President of Business Development, Enterprise Payment Solutions
Mr. Ricker is Vice President of Business Development for Enterprise Payment Solutions at 3Delta Systems. He is responsible for the strategic development and management of the CardVault tokenization service and for sales to enterprise customers which CardVault targets. Previously, he was 3Delta Systems' Director of Operations where he helped develop the company's customer support, product delivery, sales and billing infrastructure, as well as managing all customer implementation and service issues. A 3Delta Systems' veteran since 2000, Mr. Ricker has over 25 years of experience in operations, marketing and finance in the federal government, real estate and card processing industries.
