Chantilly, VA – September 29, 2008 – 3Delta Systems, Inc. (www.3DSI.com), a leader in online credit card payment
solutions, announced today it has joined the Council for Electronic Billing and Payment (CEBP) of NACHA – The
Electronic Payments Association.
“NACHA and the Council are making important strides developing new electronic payment initiatives, including making
online payment information and tools more accessible for small and mid-sized businesses as well as with business payments
tied to remittance detail,” said Aaron Bills, co-founder and chief operating officer of 3Delta Systems. “3DSI has a decade of
experience serving the specialized transactional payment needs of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government
(B2G) clients – from coupling remittance-level data with transactions to securing data within the payment system. We look
forward to actively participating in NACHA and the CEBP while sharing our card-based knowledge with our colleagues and
drawing on their experience as we expand into non-card payment methods.”
"We look forward to working with 3Delta Systems as a member of the CEBP and tapping into their extensive knowledge of
the business side of payments," said Beth Robertson, chair of the CEBP and managing director of The Phoenix Advisory
Group.

House (ACH) Network, one of the largest electronic payment networks in the world, with more than 18 billion ACH
payments exchanged in 2007. The association represents more than 11,000 financial institutions through direct membership
and 19 regional payments associations. Through its industry councils and forums, NACHA brings together hundreds of
diverse payments system organizations to develop new network services and applications as well as provide education, tools
and resources to increase the adoption of ACH payments.
As one of NACHA’s councils, the CEBP (http://cebp.nacha.org) promotes electronic consumer and B2B billing and payment
programs and services, providing an open forum for education, resource development, research, innovation and the exchange
