CHANTILLY, VA – July 26, 2006 – 3Delta SystemsSM, the leader in credit card payment solutions, today announced that Chris Browning has joined the 3DSI management team as Vice President, Software Engineering. Browning will be responsible for leading the product architecture and implementation of 3DSI’s expanding service suite.

Browning has over thirteen years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining 3DSI, he led engineering efforts for Sears, Schlumberger, MCI and American Express. His exceptional technical and leadership skills will enhance 3DSI’s capabilities and maintain a strong commitment to its core strengths in performance, reliability, ease-of-use and value.
